We account for all lumber, Hardware, wrap, and sheathing for purchasing and construction. Engineered trusses and I joist takeoffs are accounted for at additional cost.

We account for all exterior materials, trims, and accessories as a package. Roofing, windows and exterior doors.

We account for all interior finishes such as drywall, paint, flooring, insulation, interior trim, interior doors, cabinetry, fixtures, and appliances.

We account for all slabs, block walls, rebar, associated hardware, and accessories needed to complete all concrete work.

We assist any client at the beginning of a project before any plans are designed and engineered and can help with initial cost before engaging with any contractors or investors.

We've seen multiple General and Subcontractors estimating department flooded and behind schedule to put out accurate and precise bid work to owners. We are here to help with the load with a high successful win rate.

Once any of our projects are completed, we always strive for a precon meeting to go over all work before purchasing or any construction is started. We are insured and we guarantee our work once a review has been completed with our Senior estimator assigned to the project and the client.

Most preconstruction teams will move to the next project once contracts have been signed and construction has started. We assigned a project manager to each project and make field visits to verify our materials, review our partnered subcontractors, and make sure all is running smooth from a preconstruction view. Also, we take the field opportunity to combine thought process between the preconstruction and field team.
