 While many preconstruction teams transition to new projects after contracts are signed, we stay engaged. Each project is assigned a dedicated project manager who performs field visits to verify materials, coordinate with partnered subcontractors, and ensure a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction—bridging the gap between office planning and field execution.
